Living Legends: Celebrating Our Centenarians

Families take shape not only through birth, but through nurtured bonds, shared stories, and generations lifted up along the way. 

Recognizing centenarians through the Living Legends Program at Family Roots for Life, Inc. creates meaningful opportunities for youth and families to learn from the lived experiences, resilience and grace of those who paved the way before them. 

Honoring individuals who have reached a century of life helps all people understand the value of legacy, intergenerational connection, and the lasting impact of a life lived with purpose.

We invite you to help us celebrate centenarians who are 100 or older that reside in Greater Houston or in communities within the continental U.S. 

A Living Legends recognition includes a:

• special gift and card.
• framed certificate of recognition.
• short commemorative feature story created about the Living Legend with the help of Family Roots for Life, Inc. , and based on biographical info provided by you and/or your family. We encourage you to send a photo(s) to go along with your story.
• a brief keepsake video of the Living Legend, filmed in-person (only if in Greater Houston) or virtually with the help of Family Roots for Life, Inc. 

**We will share the feature story through our website, enewsletter, social media pages and/or other program marketing to acknowledge this historic milestone birthday.
