- We facilitate mentor relationships between adolescents, young adults, and mature adults seeking to make a positive difference in a young person's life.
- We facilitate family connection or reconnection for those who have become estranged from their kinship family.
- We provide transition services in the form of customized life skills training and purpose-driven life planning workshops to help prepare youth and young adults for independent living.
- We create life books for children and youth in care who have lost connection to their birth family to help them reconnect to their past in a healthy way.
