Fran Clark

As a Houston native, Fran is the founder and managing broker of Fran Clark & Associates Insurance Agency. She is passionate about providing life and health insurance solutions to clients and small business owners. Fran is a graduate of The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.

Her passion for service and her commitment to excellence aren’t new. They were first demonstrated during her twenty plus years in the social services realm as a patient advocate at M. D. Anderson Cancer Center and as a victim’s rights advocate for the State of Texas and Child Advocates.

She remains an active voice in her community as a council member for Fort Bend County’s Children’s Advocacy Center and board member of Family Roots for Life, Incorporated. She is honored to be a part of these organizations and always look forward to collaborating with other efforts that promote healthy families, positive communities, and economic growth.

Born and raised in the Bayou City of Houston, she and her husband Chip reside in Fort Bend County where they also raised their now adult children. In her spare time, she enjoys communing with family, traveling, and writing.
